1. Check-in and Check-out Times
* Check-in: From 3:00 PM
* Check-out: By 12:00 PM
* Late Check-out: Subject to availability; incurs a charge of 50% to 100% of the daily rate.
2. Payment and Registration Policies
* Settlement: All accounts must be paid in advance.
* Additional Guests: Must register and pay upon arrival.
* Commitment: The guest unconditionally agrees to pay all their own expenses and those of their companions.
* Early Departures: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Rules of Conduct and Safety
* Visitors: After 10:00 PM, all visitors must remain in the lobby only.
* Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for items not deposited in the room's safe.
* Parking: Service subject to availability.
* Keys: Replacement for lost keys costs $250.00 MXN.
4. Zero Tolerance Policy for Disturbances
* Public Order: Disturbances, excessive noise, or any activity that disrupts the peace and tranquility of other guests within the facilities are strictly prohibited.
* Misconduct: Any aggressive behavior, disrespect towards staff or third parties, or intentional damage will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
* Legal Referral: In the event of a serious disturbance of the peace or criminal conduct, the hotel will refer the responsible party to the competent authorities immediately.
5. Pet Policy (Pet-Friendly)
* Costs per Stay: Small breeds: $500.00 MXN | Large breeds: $700.00 MXN (VAT included).
* Limit: A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. (Small breeds)
* Control: Pets must not be left alone in the room. In public areas, they must be kept on a leash or in a carrier.
* Hygiene and Damages: The guest is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and paying the list price of any damaged items.
6. Damages and Smoke-Free Zone
* Linens: If sheets or towels are permanently stained, the guest will pay 100% of their replacement value.
* No Smoking: The use of tobacco or electronic cigarettes is prohibited. Violation will result in leaving the hotel and a $100 USD deodorizing charge.
